We hope to meet you and city council candidates again on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. Until new ballots are printed, let’s reflect on last year’s event.
Meet the Candidates - Ellsworth City Council
Meet the Candidates 2023 was sponsored by Main Street manufacturer, Desert Harvest, and the City of Ellsworth, and produced in partnership with The Ellsworth American, and Heart of Ellsworth.
This annual, nonpartisan production aims to provide an educational platform for the voting residents of Ellsworth. All candidates running for a seat on the Ellsworth City Council are encouraged to participate. Events like this raise awareness of local issues and connect community members to participate in our local democracy.
Watch the live stream/recording

We encourage Ellsworth residents and surrounding community members to submit questions ahead of the event each year for possible inclusion in the forum. The 2023 window is closed, but keep an eye out for next year’s Meet the Candidates event or reach out to your representative.
