OUR MISSION

The Heart of Ellsworth promotes artistic, economic, educational, environmental, cultural, and historic activities in the "Downtown" area of the city of Ellsworth, Maine to provide a vibrant community for all residents, businesses, non-profit organizations and local Government.

Diversity and Inclusion

Like so many of you, we at Heart of Ellsworth are heartbroken about race-based policing and protests across our nation and the pain that has led us here. We are learning more every day from the people of color in our community about how these issues impact Ellsworth. Since the beginning, Heart of Ellsworth has been dedicated to the health of our downtown and building a positive, vibrant community. We create spaces for all voices to be heard.
