We want to hear from you! Heart of Ellsworth's Promotions Committee is hosting a monthly coffee hour in the Franklin Street Parklet to hear your ideas. There will be no agenda, just a casual exchange of ideas and visions among like-minded lovers of Ellsworth.

Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month, starting on June 14 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. for coffee, conversation and to share your thoughts on all things downtown. We'll bring coffee and treats, you bring your reusable mug!

This month is bittersweet for us - our Student Board Member, Drew Pierson, is graduating from Ellsworth High School so June will be his last month serving on our Board. Drew is an accomplished student and athlete (he was recently named Athlete of the Week by The Ellsworth American for his achievements in track & field) and has been a truly valuable member of the Heart of Ellsworth Board.

A huge thank you, Drew, for all that you've done over the past year for the organization and we all wish you the very best in the future.

So many of you have told us how much downtown Ellsworth means to you, how a vibrant downtown has enriched your life or increased your sense of pride and connection to place.

Perhaps you participated in one of our events, stopped to take in the Water Street Mural or downtown wayfinding map, enjoyed the free outdoor summer concert in the parklet, received one of our downtown grants, enjoyed a cider + cheese bag, took part in our tasting event, or pressed apples as part of the Downeast Cider + Cheese Festival. Maybe you or your child took part in our asset mapping event, Manifesting Main or hiked the refurbished trail behind the library or tuned in for Meet the Candidates forum or just simply enjoyed the flowers and holiday lights on Main Street. However you interfaced with Heart of Ellsworth this past year we hope you will take a moment to support us this year.

With your help, we can increase the number of people who have access to a vibrant and thriving downtown community!
