Heart of Ellsworth’s 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 10th
We invite the community to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 10, from 5:30–7:00 PM at our downtown office and Makerspace, located at 16 State Street. The event is generously sponsored by Sealander Architects and is free and open to the public.
The Annual Meeting will be a relaxed, community-centered gathering featuring light refreshments, conversation, and an opportunity to connect with Heart of Ellsworth’s board members, committee volunteers, and staff. Guests are invited to mingle in the Makerspace at 16 State Street before a brief presentation highlighting the organization’s work and vision for the year ahead.
“Sealander Architects is delighted to help Heart of Ellsworth offer an opportunity for the downtown community to get together” said Mike Sealander, AIA principal at Sealander Architects.
During the meeting, Heart of Ellsworth will reflect on key accomplishments from 2025, including progress toward Ellsworth’s anticipated Historic Designation application for the Historic Downtown District. Attendees will also learn about plans for 2026, including continued development of the 16 State Street Makerspace, the Riverwalk North Sculpture Trail, and other initiatives and events supporting downtown businesses, property owners, arts and culture, and overall community vitality.
“The annual meeting is an opportunity to celebrate downtown Ellsworth and reconnect around a shared vision for the district.” said Karin Otto, President of Heart of Ellsworth Board of Directors.
Heart of Ellsworth welcomes community members to attend, share ideas, and ask questions as the organization looks ahead to downtown Ellsworth's future.
